Some like to run R/Mo as runners for holy veil or CoP. But the blackout/distortion double just compliments the build so well

would swapping distracting shot for hunters shot be bad for this build? the damage bonus + bleeding is appealing, and limping opponents should be easy to snag...savage's recharge is pretty fast, so is another interrupt neccessary?
